The cancellation policy applicable to your booking is displayed on the property listing page before you confirm. It is also included in your booking confirmation email.

Our Cancellation Tiers

Flexible

48+ hrs:Full refund of accommodation cost
Under 48h:1 night charged, rest refunded
Cleaning fee:Always refunded if cancelled before check-in

Strict

14+ days:50% refund
Under 14d:No refund
Note:Applied to premium/high-demand properties

Cleaning fees are non-refundable once the Guest has checked in. City tax (where applicable) is non-refundable in all cases.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. Email us at info@christianopropertymanagement.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Or call us on +356 7979 0202 during business hours (9am–9pm Malta time).
  3. Cancellation is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us.

The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request — not the date you sent it.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to credit the funds. We do not charge any administrative fee for cancellations.

Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, pandemic restrictions preventing travel), we will work with Guests on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a full refund or date change at our discretion. Evidence may be required.

Property Alterations by CPM

In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly alter a confirmed booking (e.g., property becomes unavailable), we will provide a full refund and make reasonable efforts to find comparable alternative accommodation. We accept no further liability beyond the refund amount.
