Browse our Malta holiday properties, select your dates and guests, then click "View Details" on a property. From the property page, adjust your dates and click "Reserve" to proceed to secure checkout.
Most bookings are confirmed instantly upon payment. You'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. If a property requires manual approval, we'll notify you within 24 hours.
Yes — you can complete the booking with your details as the primary contact. The named guest must be 18+ and present valid ID at check-in. Let us know in the "Special Requests" field who will be staying.
Minimum stay varies by property — usually 2–3 nights for apartments and 4–7 nights for villas. The minimum is displayed on each property listing before you book.
Extensions are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Extensions are charged at the current nightly rate.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not accept cash or bank transfers for online bookings.
Absolutely. Payment is handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest standard in the industry.
Full payment is charged at the time of booking. You'll receive a receipt from Stripe immediately after the transaction.
The total shown at checkout includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes (including Malta's city tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night for eligible properties). There are no hidden fees.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Some properties offer flexible times — these are shown on the listing. Contact us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out.
We'll send you detailed arrival instructions 48 hours before check-in. Most properties use a secure key lockbox or smart lock. You'll receive the code in your pre-arrival email.
Our properties are designed for self check-in. Our team is available 24/7 by phone or WhatsApp (+356 7979 0202) if you need any assistance during your arrival.
No problem — self check-in means you can arrive anytime after the standard check-in time. Just let us know your expected arrival time so we can ensure everything is ready.
Cancellations & Refunds
Email info@christianopropertymanagement.com with your booking reference. Cancellations take effect from the date we receive your written request. See our Cancellation Policy for refund details.
Contact us immediately — we'll resolve issues within hours in most cases. If a property is materially different from the listing or uninhabitable, we'll arrange alternative accommodation or a full refund.
In the very rare event we need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund and we'll make every effort to find comparable alternative accommodation at no extra cost.
Property Owners
We charge a transparent 15% management fee + VAT on gross booking revenue. No setup fees, no hidden charges. You receive monthly payouts of your net earnings.
We list across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our own direct booking channel. Our Superhost status on Airbnb gives your property premium visibility.

Yes — you retain full ownership and can block dates for personal use at any time through our owner portal. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can manage the calendar effectively.
